These Terms apply to Job Seeker Members, who use the Opercent Jobs Service as job seekers.
The terms in the Terms of Service tab apply to members who signed up on the business site and to Business Members who post Job Postings,
and both sets of terms apply when a member who signed up on the business site seeks jobs.

Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” means the job information pages operated by the Company and all features incidental thereto.
- “Job Seeker Member” means a member who has agreed to these Terms and uses the Service as a job seeker. This includes both members who signed up through the Jobs Service and members who signed up on the Company’s business site and then agreed to these Terms.
- “Employer” means a business operator that requests the Company to post Job Postings or recruits workers through the Service.
- “Business Member” means a member who has completed business registration number verification and identity verification on the Company’s business site.

- “Resume” means information on a Job Seeker Member’s own career, education, desired conditions, and the like that the Job Seeker Member creates and stores on the Service.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
① The Company posts these Terms on the Service so that Job Seeker Members can review them at any time.
② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws. When amending these Terms, the Company will give notice of the effective date and the reasons for the amendment from 7 days before the effective date, or from 30 days before the effective date for amendments unfavorable to Job Seeker Members.
③ A Job Seeker Member who does not express refusal by the effective date of the amended Terms is deemed to have agreed to the amendment. A Job Seeker Member who does not agree to the amendment may terminate the service agreement (withdraw membership).
Article 4 (Nature of the Service: Provision of Job Information)
① The Service provided by the Company is the posting and provision of recruitment and job-seeking information. The Company does not act as an agent for, or arrange (broker), the conclusion of employment contracts between Job Seeker Members and Employers.
② The Company is not a party to any employment contract. The determination and performance of working conditions such as wages, working hours, and job duties, and the responsibilities arising therefrom, rest with the Employer and the Job Seeker Member.
③ The Company does not guarantee recruitment or employment as a result of using the Service. Application results, hiring decisions, and their timing are determined solely by the Employer.
④ The Company may support the preparation of documents such as employment contracts and certificates, and attendance management. This only helps put what the Employer and the Job Seeker Member have agreed upon into written form, and does not change the Company’s position under paragraph ②.
Article 5 (Fees)
The Company does not charge Job Seeker Members any money under any name, such as referral fees, placement fees, or commissions, in return for using the Service. The Service is free of charge for Job Seeker Members.
Article 6 (Formation of the Service Agreement and Accounts)
① The service agreement is formed in either of the following cases.
- When a user agrees to these Terms and applies for membership in the Jobs Service in accordance with the procedures set by the Company, and the Company accepts the application
- When a member who has signed up on the Company’s business site (excluding Business Members) agrees to these Terms within the Service
② Members who signed up through the Jobs Service may not use the Company’s business services (such as workplace and employee management, or posting Job Postings), nor convert to Business Members. Business Members may not use the Service as Job Seeker Members, and when a member converts to a Business Member, the member may only view the job-seeking information, Resumes, and application history created before the conversion. In this case, deletion or withdrawal of applications may be requested at contact@itso.co.kr.
③ A Job Seeker Member may not allow any third party to use their account information, nor transfer or lend it, and is responsible for any consequences arising from negligent management of the account.
④ The Company may refuse to accept, or subsequently terminate the service agreement for, any application made under another person’s name, any application containing false information, or any other application that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

This is a provision of personal information to a third party that necessarily accompanies the act of applying, and the Job Seeker Member is notified of this fact and gives consent for each application before applying. The Company may view the contents of the application in order to forward it, and keeps a record of such viewing.
② A Job Seeker Member may withdraw an application. However, the Company cannot retrieve any content that has already been forwarded to the Employer before the withdrawal.
③ Specific matters such as the retention period and time of destruction of application information are set forth in the Privacy Policy.
④ The contents of a Resume are entered by the Job Seeker Member, and the Job Seeker Member is responsible for their truthfulness.
Article 9 (Inquiries)
① A person may request job information by leaving their name, contact details, and the like without registering as a member. In this case, the items collected, purposes of use, and retention period are explained separately on the submission screen, and the information is used only within the scope consented to in that explanation.
② An Inquiry does not guarantee a job referral or employment. When there is a Job Posting that matches the person’s conditions, the Company will contact them at the contact details provided.
③ A person who has submitted an Inquiry may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information at any time. Requests may be sent to contact@itso.co.kr.
Article 10 (Visa Status and Permission to Work)
① A Job Seeker Member who is a foreign national may work only within the scope permitted by their status of sojourn (visa status), and it is the Job Seeker Member’s own responsibility to confirm this.
② Whether permission for part-time employment (activities outside the scope of one’s status of sojourn) is granted to international students and others, and the permitted hours and industries, are determined by the Ministry of Justice and the immigration offices. The Company can only help prepare the documents required for the application and provide guidance on the procedures, and does not guarantee whether permission will be granted or the permitted hours.
③ Calculated values such as working hours and wages displayed on the Service are for reference only and may differ from the actual permitted hours and working conditions.

- Using the Service for purposes other than job seeking (advertising, promotion, sales, recruiting workers, etc.)
- Collecting or copying Job Postings or Employers’ information and providing it to third parties or using it for commercial purposes
- Repeatedly accessing the Service by automated means or interfering with its normal operation
- Any other act that violates applicable laws or these Terms
Article 12 (Accuracy of Job Postings)
① Job Postings are posted based on information provided by Employers. The Company does not warrant the truthfulness or accuracy of their contents.
② If the Company finds false or exaggerated recruitment conditions, or a Job Posting that violates applicable laws, the Company may modify or delete that information without prior notice and may restrict the Employer’s use of the Service.
③ If a Job Seeker Member believes that the contents of a Job Posting are not true, the Job Seeker Member may notify the Company, and the Company will take the necessary measures after verification.
Article 13 (Restriction of Use and Termination of the Service Agreement)
① If a Job Seeker Member violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Company may restrict the Job Seeker Member’s use of the Service or terminate the service agreement after giving prior notice. However, in urgent cases, the Company may give notice after taking action.
② A Job Seeker Member may terminate the service agreement (withdraw membership) at any time through the procedures in the Service.
③ Upon termination, the processing of the Job Seeker Member’s information is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Article 14 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company protects Job Seeker Members’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Specific matters such as the items collected, purposes of use, retention periods, and provision to third parties are set forth in the Privacy Policy.
Article 15 (Disclaimer)
① The Company is not liable where it is unable to provide the Service due to circumstances not attributable to the Company, such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication network failures.
② The Company does not intervene in disputes between Job Seeker Members and Employers concerning the conclusion, performance, or termination of employment contracts, and is not liable for any damages arising therefrom. However, this does not apply where the Company acted intentionally or negligently.
③ The Company is not liable for the consequences of actions taken by a Job Seeker Member in reliance on information posted on the Service. However, this does not apply where the Company posted information knowing it to be false or failed to take the measures under Article 12, paragraph ②.
